Planning Commission

About

The Planning Commission is charged with guiding orderly and compatible development of Richfield, the Commission holds public hearings and makes recommendations to the City Council regarding land use decisions. They also maintain a comprehensive plan for Richfield.

Meetings

The Planning Commission holds meetings on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Richfield City Hall Council Chambers.  The Commission also conducts a work session six times per year on the second Monday of the month.  These meetings are also at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.

Planning Commission meetings are broadcast LIVE on government access cable channel 16.
